Inner and Outer Pain

Even after all the crying this character has been through-they dont notice a change. She cries herself to sleep each and every night, but still no loving hug or reassurance. The scar beneath her lip tells a story of her beatings, her old child abuse. Her parents laughed at her pain and made her suffer. She should have to live this way-but there is nothing we can do now. Her hand is gone and has a deadly infection she is trying to keep off. But she wont survive much longer. Shes only 17. Even though this story is sad-people still do it. Its a real shame. This is a real story that I learned in class the other day, but her appearance I made out of my head. Lets all pray for her
